Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original undamaged packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase or an order number.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
Once you have completed the payment, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your registered email. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please save it for your records. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. For orders over 75eur. free shipping (make sure to pick this option upon checkout) is viable via LP Express. For orders below we charge 7.35eur. for European countries, 13.95eur. for Asian countries, Canada and Australia. Also most European countries can choose DPD Courier services. Baltics additionally can select LP Express or DPD Terminals/Pickup Points.
ORDERS TO THE USA HAVE BEEN STOPPED. As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. will eliminate the de minimis exemption, which until now allowed shipments worth up to $800 to enter duty-free. Currently, there is no official U.S. guidance on how duties should be collected, which data must be submitted, or how customs cooperation will be managed. The team is monitoring the situation closely and will resume shipments to the U.S. as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
